To archive a run:
Select the run you wish to archive.
Select 'edit run'
On the 'status' tab at the top of the screen, select 'Archived'.
If the group wants to cancel the run, they should scroll to the bottom of the 'edit run' screen and select 'cancel run'. This will cancel all sessions within that run.
