If you cannot view runner information on the Run Leader app, please try the following:
- Make sure that you have installed the latest version of the app -- links are available on the RunTogether website: https://www.englandathletics.org/runtogether/support/runtogether-apps/
- In Settings, select 'reset data'
- Sign out of the app and sign back in
- In 'My Groups', select your group and then select a run. From there, select a session.
- You should now see your list of attendees for that session. If not, please select the circular arrow at the top of the screen to refresh the attendee list.
If you are still having issues after this, please provide screenshots of what you can see so we can investigate further.
