To ensure that emails sent from the portal are delivered to your club members all emails sent from the portal use the from email address [email protected] but the reply to email address is the one that you enter in the portal so your members can still reply to you. This helps to improve the deliverability of emails quite significantly as that from email can be validated as sending from our sever.
