We have been made aware that there is an issue with the batch that your licence has been included in. We have raised this with our printing provider and they are looking into this and hope to have a resolution soon. 


I can confirm you are insured to coach without the licence card, however if you require any proof of qualification, please let do not hesitate to contact us and we can send over a digital copy of your card. 


We are working hard to ensure your licence card arrives as soon as possible.
