Individuals who attended an official’s course from the 1st April 2023 onwards, subject to completion of the other steps e.g., DBS, Safeguarding, Health/Safety or Risk Awareness, will automatically receive their officials licence through the post, within 7-8 weeks.
The system is currently being updated to align with the new process for level 1 licencing, where any new assistant official/level 1 qualifications will start to appear on officials’ profiles, over the next 7-10 days.
