To upload your LiRF remote practical activity to DREAMS, please login to your DREAMS account using the following link: https://uka.dreams-lms.com/
Once you have logged in, go to ‘Courses’ down the left-hand side and select the Leadership in Running Fitness Course. Here, you can select the upload buttons and upload your videos and coach declaration form.
