If you are unable to log in to Athletics Hub you can reset your password via the myAthletics portal by following these steps:


  • Go to the 'Forgot Password' page in the myAthletics portal
  • Enter your URN or email address in the box and click 'Reset Password'
  • You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password, don't forget to check your junk/spam folder for the email


If you have multiple accounts linked to your email address you will see the error message 'This email address is used by multiple accounts. Please contact support via the link below to reset the correct account.' You can try entering your URN instead of your email address to reset your password or alternatively contact us.
